Alexander Hilton III

About
A native of Southern California, Alex moved to Oklahoma City in 2004. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma for both undergrad and law school. As a law student, Alex clerked for prominent civil rights firms, drafting memoranda in the First Amendment and other constitutional areas. He was admitted to the bar in 2019, focusing his practice in consumer bankruptcy since that time.
Alex has assisted all kinds of clients in obtaining a fresh start. Whether it be credit card debt, personal loans, medical bills, tax debts, garnishments, repossessions, business obligations, or debts owed by way of civil judgment, he is familiar with all manner of financial predicaments. He understands the vexing experience of indebtedness. And he’s well-traveled in administering the extraordinary protections offered to debtors under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
Alex is a member of the Federalist Society and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is married and active in his church community.
